Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pecos, an IHG Hotel

We chose this hotel for our wedding hotel block and we were very happy with it. Our guests loved the cleanliness, free breakfast, and pool + outdoor seating area! Janine, hotel manager, was very helpful and kind from start to finish.

Very old hotel in great need of renovation. Cleanliness just acceptable, not great. There is a smell that is peculiar when you enter the facility, which does not inspire cleanliness. On top of that, this hotel is NOT planet friendly: still uses single use bottles of soap and shampoo, styrofoam plates in dining area for breakfast. Very disappointed. Would look elsewhere.

Good service, clean rooms, good breakfast, and quiet. Omar helped get me checked in and was very helpful finding good places to eat during my stay.

I stayed one night here with my family which includes my six year old son. He got sick at night and we didn't have the resources to clean up the mess. Lawrence was on duty and he did everything we could ask for to help us out. He not only provided new bedding and cleaning supplies, which is what we asked for, but then he called out room to tell us that he had water, cheese itz and sprite downstairs of we would like it to help ease my son's stomach. By far this is the best service we have gotten at a hotel and it came when we needed it most. We will definitely stay here again because of Lawrence's incredible hospitality.

Stopped here for a night while traveling with my family. Horrible hotel. Shower was taped to “stop” leaking, shower curtain had black stains and holes all over. The room walls dirty. My daughter pulled the comforter down and a bug came running out. Very dirty, and the room smelled like cheap perfume. Check in was fine. But rooms are horrible. Sketchy characters walking and sitting around with no shoes and half dressed, smoking in the lobby.
