Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando-Ocoee East

My daughter and I came from NM for her club volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. I was initially skeptical based upon the one star reviews. I was relieved to discover a very clean and crisp room, and extremely helpful staff members. Mr Lopez, upon check in, greeted us and happily answered a lot of my questions about how to get around town. Shasane’s customer service during our stay helped make our stay enjoyable. She was able to give us a late check out and help me with confirming reservations with IHG points. Having a breakfast included in your stay is becoming more rare these days. Though simple, it was delicious and always fresh. Thank you so much! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Suite room was clean, decor was smart and the safe was useful. Bathroom was clean, only observation would be that we would prefer a stand alone shower cubicle. Kitchen area was well equipped. The bed was a little soft but bedding was clean and of decent quality. Black out blinds helped us get a good night's sleep. Breakfast had a good selection and best of all had Costa coffee, that we love. It was popular with other guests as well!

I have to take the time to review my experience at the hotel this past weekend. |it was a same day booking through vio.com priceline and EVERYTHING was amazing. ||The price per night, the room very spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, homemade pancakes (not frozen) the breakfast lady was on point with all the food and maintaining everything clean, Sunday May 11th on mother's day. ||Hector did my check-in and he was very professional and polite. ||I will book this Hotel every time I need to go to Orlando!||5 starts service!

I will never come here again. There is a bunch of construction outside we didn’t know about till we got on site. We must have pasted it a few times. First room we were given there was slight issues and we were ok. Till we saw the blood on the wall. We noticed it was blood when it was glossy. We complained and they sent us to a “better and cleaner room”. There really wasn’t anything better about the room. Bed was the same size and was just an extra room that we didn’t need. Coffee on the wall, big chunk of hair on the wall and an empty 2 liter of alcohol we found (didn’t take a picture of). The breakfast was ok at best. Good to have options like this one but the cinnamon rolls they offer are just hard and not fresh tasting at all. Constant hotel staff overlooking you while you are grabbing
