The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. The bed is comfy.||These things may help you decide:||The hotel room doors slam loudly day and night. Also the ac unit in the room goes on and off with no obvious way to keep the fan constant. I don't recommend that you choose this place if you are a lite sleeper.||The free breakfast is convenient and saves a ton of $ over eating at a park. The buffet was very similar every day that we were there.||They have a shuttle service but none of the times worked for us. We used Uber/Lyft to get to and from the Disney parks for about $15 each way.||The people who work there are all friendly and helpful

I'd say 4.5*. I would stay here again simply because of the beds. They're so comfortable! Location looks like nice area and convenient to Disney. Breakfast had good variety (pancake machine = yum). Front desk person was very friendly, but negative with service is hotel itself charges $26/nt for parking. If you're legit staying at hotel, this should be a courtesy, not an excuse for a money-making opportunity just bc it's "common in the area." Also, shower water pressure not good so you have to take longer shower, plus shower head options didn't have good body coverage, so we were cold most of that longer shower. But we slept well bc of beds, so again, we'd stay there again.

The hotel looks clean and modern and the location near Disney is convenient, but the operations were frustrating and took away from the stay. The website advertises daily housekeeping, yet during our three-night stay we received zero housekeeping. We specifically requested clean towels each day and never received them. After long days at the parks, coming back to an unserviced room with no fresh towels was not acceptable. We also had a toilet issue late at night and were told there was no maintenance available and they couldn’t even locate a plunger until the next morning. We ended up dealing with it ourselves. Parking was another headache. We checked in around 11:30 PM and got a long, unnecessary explanation about scanning a QR code and setting everything up, which was the last thing w

I had a great stay! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and genuinely nice, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of lighting options. Just a heads‑up that parking isn’t included and comes with an extra charge.

I booked this hotel because it was close to Walt Disney World. The price was affordable and having stayed at different Holiday Inn properties and had positive experience there, I opted for this location. I arrived around 9pm with my young children tired and ready for bed. Check in was a breeze which I was thankful for. I quickly learned that parking for $30 for one night which seemed incredibly expensive! I have stayed at other locations and have never had to pay for parking - let alone $30. I made it to our room and the room was clean. After getting kids tucked in bed I went to the bathroom to discover it was dirty. There was visible urine around the base of the toilet (not stained...puddle) and hair around the sink. If my kids weren't already tucked in bed I would have gone down as asked
