Great Stay Before and After Our Cruise We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express both before and after our cruise and had a great experience. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport. You just call the number when you arrive, and they were very prompt picking us up. Its not the fanciest option but it met my expectations for the price range. The service was fantastic. The gentleman checking us in noticed we were traveling with kids and upgraded our room to one with bunk beds at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay even more fun for the kids. He also took the time to explain where everything was in the hotel and was incredibly helpful. Stayed in NYE as we were in town for the Citrus Bowl. Very convenient location to get to from the airport. Checked in after the game around 8pm. Front desk staff were great. ||Clean room and was a quiet stay as well. Was expecting some noise being NYE but didn’t hear anything. ||Breakfast was good with the total HIE offerings; eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruits, pancakes, cereals, juices, coffee, tea. The best was the POG juice!||We would stay here again in the future.

We stayed here prior to a Disney visit. We had to wait a long time for the shuttle from the airport, but it was worth it. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was perfect for a tired traveler. It was large, very comfortable , and the pillows were perfect. Hallway and exterior noise was zero. Breakfast the next morning was very good. There were plenty of offerings, the coffee was just right, and the breakfast staff was visible and available. check out process for a Priority Club member was easy and quick. The only downside was the water pressure in our room, which seemed a bit week. I'd stay here again.

If you are visiting Orlando & need a place to stay near the airport-Here is a “hidden gem “. It is “tucked away” behind a car wash but close to restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, etc. (Watch for the Holiday Inn Express sign!) Although the carpet in the Front Lobby shows results of heavy usage, it & the rest of the site are clean & well maintained. The Front Desk Clerk was very friendly & helpful. She asked if & when we were flying out (we were) & adjusted our checkout time for a later departure. (Most hotels make you beg for a later checkout time.) My spouse has mobility issues & needs a room with appropriate accommodations. Our room had the accommodations we needed including a shower that we both could use . Front desk was rude when asked to make a simple modification. This place is also in an alleyway behind a car wash and a 7/11. Lots of traffic and a creepy old (abandoned?) hotel behind it. We won’t be back here, there are so many other places in the area. We will choose anywhere but this hotel in the future. We almost always stay at a Holiday Inn Express, this one is one of the least pleasant ones I’ve been to.
