Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at Seaworld by IHG

This is one of the top Holiday inn express locations that we've stayed at. (Of many) Check-in was smooth as expected. The room that we had (king suite) was beautiful and perfectly clean. The room has plenty of space for my wife, our 1-1/2 year old and myself. Little one has plenty of space to run around. The pool was perfect for splashing around with our little one. Free shuttles to SeaWorld was a definite plus and saves on parking. Staff was very friendly and all were working hard. Jennifer (manager) introduced herself to at breakfast and was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast itself was well stocked and there is plenty of seating and high chairs available (and clean). Overall this was a great stay and we'll definitely be back. This will be our new holiday inn to stay at in Orlando goin

⸻||We stayed here in 2019 and were thoroughly impressed—so much so that I promised myself I’d return when the opportunity arose. I’m very glad I did.||The hotel kindly honoured my request for a specific room with a superb view of the SeaWorld rollercoasters. The room itself was absolutely fine. Over the past few years we’ve stayed in premium Universal hotels such as Hard Rock and Royal Pacific, and honestly I felt just as comfortable here during a demanding 14-night stay—at probably half the price. In some areas it even beats those hotels: the Wi-Fi was noticeably better, and the free breakfasts are excellent and save a small fortune. Positive: The room was one of the best rooms I've ever had at a hotel because of it's size and the comfiness of the bed. Negative: The oatmeal was consistently too watery. The desk staff lady seemed off-putting upon check-in. The same lady was not present for a long time during check-out (having to wait for her to return from the back).

Hotel in general was very nice. Our bathroom was in need of some maintenance. Broken tub drain, cracked and loose floor tiles. Bathroom door had some water damage. The shower curtain was mounted so high it barely reached the tub. However the place was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needing maintenance was a minor thing. Free breakfast was good with lots of options. All in all it was a very nice stay and the location was convenient.

Got the room with the bunk beds. Great option for families. Just remember that there are still no doors - so privacy is minimal. But the kids get their own lamps, desk, and TV. Plenty of space. Clean rooms allergy free, mini fridge, microwave! Our microwave didn't heat - within 20 mins we had a replacement. Close to Panera, publix, dollar tree, Starbucks, and mellow mushroom. There is a shuttle to SeaWorld, you have to make reservations. We walked instead... We'll we definitely got our steps in 😂 Power was out to the entire block when we got back. They tried to make us as comfortable as they could. I would visit here again.
