Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ontario - Chino Hills by IHG

This hotel offers excellent value for money! Despite its affordable price, both the room facilities and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out processes were quick. For budget-conscious travelers, this is definitely an ideal choice.

We stayed for almost two weeks to get our pets out of our house which was being renovated. We found the hotel to be beautiful and new. The room was a suite on fourth floor and had an amazing view. As for the staff, they were all friendly and polite. However two stood out to us. Garoom, AKA G, checked us in and always greeted us by name and with a smile. G assisted us with several things and was efficient and professional. Most of all, his caring and likable personality made you feel like you were the only guest in the hotel.

Everything was excellent about this location. The booking and check in process was fast and easy. Upon arrival parking was well lit with plenty of space. We really enjoyed how close this location is to our business. The hotel is clean and the staff meme we that helped us check in was extremely nice! We will definitely be regulars at this location and fun fact…. My fiancée planted the palm trees at this location and the hotel across the way! ☺️🌴 P.S. thanks for the cute pin!

I called ahead of time and spoke with Angelica because we were arriving very late in the evening. We had little ones and needed cribs. She had all of our accommodations set in place when we arrived. The hotel offer a nice breakfast with a wonderful seating area that was large enough for our family to have breakfast together. Everything at this hotel was perfect!!

After a long day's drive, we arrived at around 10pm. Check in at the front desk was not great, as the lady (short hair and glasses) was a bit rude. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but they ran out of those rooms. She asked if I really needed 2 queens and I confirmed that I would prefer that or a room with 2 beds. She was a little sassy about that, saying "well, that would be 2 queens." I meant that a bed and a sofa bed would be adequate. She gave us a king suite but we found that the keys did not work so we had to go back down and get that fixed. The room had a poo smell that emanated from the bathroom. The bathroom fan was so weak that it didn't dispell the smells from the last guest. 🤢 They also only included towels for 2 people, rather than 4, which was inconvenient. We set up the
