Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ogden by IHG

After a brutal day of driving from Colorado. I arrived at 9pm and I was having issues with my IHG Rewards. Kirsten at the front desk investigated the issue, fixed the problem and got me a great rate! She was amazing. The hotel /room spacious,clean and quite. I will be staying at more IHGs in the future. THANKS KIRSTEN!

Positive: Really comfortable beds, totally redone room with thoughtful amenities, good location and quiet area Negative: Not pet friendly. The $50 nonrefundable charge for my pet. Most hotels charge around $30. The reason that was given was the hotel had just been redone so they raised the fee. I guess they just don't want people with pet to stay there. I won't again.

The warm reception by Maggi was indicator to the great stay. The location was perfect for my overnight stay, right next to the interstate. The Hot breakfast as always at HI Express was great value. The staff at the dining room was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the good stays.

We came with our entire girls basketball team. There were 30 of us and they were so accommodating and friendly. Their complimentary breakfast had amazing options ranging from egg white omelets to cinnamon rolls! The rooms were very spacious and they had a large workout room with newer nice equipment. Very clean, we’ll definitely be coming back.

You had to slam the door nob of our door down to get it to open and our bathroom door didn't latch shut. The breakfast was good, lots of options to choose. The pool, my kids favorite part, was great. It was really clean and the cold pool wasn't extremely cold.
