Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oakhurst-Yosemite Park Area by IHG

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a terrible experience. The room was extremely noisy, with constant sound and vibration coming from a nearby service/laundry area. At times, even the bed was shaking, making it impossible to sleep. What made the situation worse was the refund handling afterward. Although the hotel manager acknowledged the issue, the refund process has been very slow and frustrating, with Agoda and the hotel passing responsibility back and forth instead of resolving the issue. A hotel stay without sleep is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability afterward is even more disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! It has an excellent location on the edge of Oakhurst and on the road to Yosemite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we had a good view of the local countryside. The building is modern and clean and I thought the breakfast was good with different options each day. The price was very competitive and the team were really friendly and welcoming! Would recommend to anyone visiting Yosemite.

Positive: I liked the location in town and the proximity to Yosemite. and it was quiet, no party in the hotel room shenigans from the guests. I was able to get some sleep. The coffee in the lobby was nicely balanced, it was not burnt and was always warm. Negative: The HVAC was having issues.

Stayed in August as part of a family trip to Yosemite. We’d booked the 2 bedroom family suite which has two bedrooms and one bathroom, but no living area (which we knew). ||The room was clean, comfortable and modern and had everything we needed. No complaints. There is a small pool out the back which we didn’t use but looked fine.||Breakfast was standard but had some warm options - very crowded and we were early. It felt like the space wasn’t really big enough for the size of the hotel.||Be aware that this hotel charges $12 daily for parking. This was really disappointing-these types of hotels usually provide free parking, especially in the middle of nowhere. Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Yosemite. Loved the stay. Breakfast is ample to start your day! Rooms are clean and spacious. Will surely stay again! View from the rooms facing the street was a pleasant surprise. You can see sunrise on a clear day! Thanks
