Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Fremont by IHG

We stopped at the Holiday Inn Express in Fremont when we ran into some very dense fog on the turnpike. After several miles of almost no visibility, we pulled off and checked into the Holiday Inn Express. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Our room was beautiful, it appeared to have been recently renovated and it was spotless. After a good n8ghts sleep, we headed to the lobby for breakfast. Linda prepared a wonderful breakfast and took great care of us. From road stress to bed rest, it was a great stop.

Positive: This hotel was in a great location! I loved the attendant in the breakfast area. She was very sweet and we engaged in a great conversation. The front desk staff was very friendly as well. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Negative: It was a great stay! Would stay again on our next trip!

This was my first stay at this property, but won't be my last. I've visited Fremont a number of times and have stayed at the competition. However, the room I got at the Holiday Inn Express was better. It was a small suite with a very handy desk area, sitting/tv area with a separate bedroom. The room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was standard for a Holiday Inn Express/Hampton - ok but forgettable. Everything else was above the norm. I'll be back.

Beware if you serve in the military! -This place took on there own policy of denying anyone under 21 years old a place to stay. And being active service does not matter! Yes you can die for your country but you can not rent a room for the night in it!!!! They would rather you sleep in your car or just keep driving while your tired. - I will make sure to never support this business associated within this company ever again! And dont dare say "thank you for your service"!! Get your policy up to the times! -

Nightmare hotel! Rude, mean, rundown hotel at least my room was on the first floor and they were so nasty. No service and they are so arrogant about it. I paid for two nights I left after the first night, which I considered lucky to get out of there Even though it was raining and the roads were being worked on. But driving was better than being in that hotel for another minute. I asked him for a card with their address. They don’t have cards. I asked him for stationary or an envelope. They said they don’t have any that it’s locked away somewhere. Horrible experience I think it’s just the city though because I’ve gone to some good ones Like in Sharon, Pennsylvania. I usually stay at Marriott. I think I’m gonna stick to that Or Hilton. I just can’t get over how mean they were. If there was
