Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naples North - Bonita Springs by IHG

Room had a smell. The first room had a bug (stink bug) and had we had to move to another, also had a smell. Overall the hotel is dirty, not well maintained and like run down. It needs updating. Shower had no much pressure. The dining room during breakfast had no backround music and it felt so dead… when asked for it the guy said that he couldn’t do anything about it. Not even at lobby they have the music which is so important for maintaining a good ambience for guests. Bathroom at the pool was disgusting.

If you want to go to a dirty shady motel this is the place for you. If not I highly recommend you do NOT stay at this location. My husband and I stayed 1/23-1/25 during the time the elevator was down, the pool heater wasn't working on top of the hallways just being nasty. I saw spilled cereal stay on the floor for an entire day 2 rooms down from mine, not a few pieces, it was a lot. However the main issue is that we stayed using our rewards points, there should have been $0 charges. The check in lady tried to tell us it there was $44 after the incidental hold and my husband showed her emails, the app etc. She said she would fix it. She hands my card back without a word about charges being made. After we checked out the incidental hold fell off however a charge for $98.12 appeared on my cre

The hotel was very basic. We felt that the staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful. We always got exactly what we needed when we asked. However, the hotel felt a little like a "lipstick on a pig" environment. There were many things run down and needing updating. There was a musty/moldy smell in the entire building, and I wound up suffering sinus discomfort and a cough while I stayed there. The rooms were damp and our things wouldn't dry out. We did not use the pool, as the water was incredibly cold. While it was overall clean enough to stay in, it definitely wouldn't be my hotel of choice. Unfortunately, we couldn't change locations this time, but I definitely won't be staying here or recommending this hotel in the future. Again, the staff should be recognized for their friend

It’s a HIE as expected. Rooms are clean but kind of dark. Smells weren’t fresh. Personnel was friendly. Rewards member can earn 500 points extra for a so called “green stay”, when one doesn’t request room cleaning. The breakfast was unspectacular. There is a coffee automat, but offers only regular American coffee or decaf. Better go to a local joint 1.5 miles up the road. Not sure if I’d stay there again?

Nice hotel, the rooms were clean. the pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was OK with fresh fruits. Olga and the rest of the staff were amazing, super nice and friendly even during Thanksgiving they worked and offered a beautiful smile. Very close to the beach, Mercato and other good places in Naples. There was a pool but we didn’t use it. The gym was simple and clean. It was a good “highway” hotel. Thanks Olga!
