Holiday Inn Express & Suites Michigan City by IHG

This hotel was very neat & clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The beds were comfy. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I loved the Dove body wash and hair products.

We stayed here for one night on our road trip while we visited the nearby national park, selecting it because we are IHG members. It was a typical Holiday Inn experience for us. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helped us find a place for dinner. The room was clean.||A couple improvement suggestions: our room had a torn window shade that did not go up or down very easily. Secondly, the chaise lounge was very narrow and not all that comfortable to sit on. There’s enough room for a love seat in its place which would accommodate 2 people. At the very least, a small table by the chaise would be nice.

Positive: It was one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels we’ve ever stayed at Negative: Unable to get an early check-in. However, staff was very accommodating and apologetic. She let us know as soon as the room is ready we waited in the main lobby.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was phenomenal I suggest you come and experience this beautiful hotel. It felt like home to me. Tiffany at the front desk was so pleasant. Thank you for making my road trip enjoyable.

Rooms are very comfortable. ———————————— To future customers. If ya gonna do grown up stuff on the beautiful chase lounge chair…. Just ask the front desk for a king size flat sheet! To put on the chase. ———————————— The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The location is perfect! It’s in a quiet spot but very close t everything you may need.
