Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medina by IHG

This was honestly the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We did the New Years Eve bash at the Blue Heron and they even shuttled us to and from the venue. Alicia was our driver and she was great and so friendly. Chelsea checked us into the hotel and she was absolutely adorable and so sweet and very professional. Overall it was by far the best stay we have ever had at a hotel. Also the breakfast there was phenomenal, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Was very unexpected because most hotel breakfast are not very good. The room was beautiful, clean and they even had Dove bathroom products which are our favorite and smell amazing. I would have to say though that Chelsea and Alicia made this stay the best we have had!!!!!

I felt that our stay was one of the best Holiday Inn experiences I have had. I usually avoid Holiday Inn but my sister booked this one. She was right. I only had one complaint-the woman working breakfast spent the entire time on her phone. When she was asked to refill something, she did-but she had to be asked specifically. I wasn't a fan of the bath products but they were plentiful. The room was extremely well maintained and nice. I would stay here again.

What a great hotel! Large, comfortable rooms with a barn door to close off the entry & bathroom. Made the room very quiet for sleeping - there was a wrestling group here when I stayed & when I closed the barn door I heard nothing in the hallway! Quiet close doors on all of the rooms, the stairwell doors & the exterior doors was BRILLIANT! No slamming doors! Wow what a concept I wish all hotels would learn! Front desk staff were exceptional- very kind, friendly & helpful! Room & bathroom were clean & in working order. Carpet had a few spots but I always wear my flip flops in hotels so no big deal (sure wish all hotels would rip out all of the carpets!) All around pleasant experience - a hotel I would definitely recommend!

We chose this hotel in Medina because it was close to a rehab facility we were going to..we were greated with a smile and che ked Into our room promptly..the room was super clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was great but needs a little more egg variety and meat variety after 4 days staying...the same thing every day got a little old...everything else was awesome! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Celebrated Friendsgiving here this year. The banquet room was perfect for our group of 25-30. There was even a large screen tv for us to watch the football game! Several of us stayed overnight and utilized the pool as well as complimentary breakfast. The pool was clean and warm and breakfast offered something for everyone. Our room was clean and spacious. The best part was all of the staff we encountered were kind and attentive. Conveniently located right off 71, this hotel has it all!
