Whoever checked me in was a rock star! So much personality, very kind and friendly. Really made the check in experience bearable. I usually roll in later for my checkins and just want to be done in bed and relaxing. He made it memorable Room was alright. Upstairs neighbor was very loud. I slept alright though so no complaints

Trying to make a change to my reservation was beyond frustrating! I tried to use the app and got error messages. I then contacted the One Rewards guest services, and the first rep stated he was not able to help and that I needed to contact another department. After contacting that department, the rep told me that the reservation was in a ‘view only’ status and that he could not assist; I needed to contact the hotel directly.||I called the hotel, and the phone rang over 20 times with no answer, at which time I received a recording that started to give instructions before the line was disconnected. Right now, entire hotel is being renovated, and many details haven't been taken care of. Toilets are new, but the water hasn't been turned on. (Easy fix for us, but it still shouldn't have happened.) No batteries in TV remote. Missing chair. Phone didn't work. The public areas are still a jumble, but it appears that the design is going to make for a really nice lobby / breakfast area. Three trucks with boat trailers were taking up 4 parking places (total loss of 12 spaces), and all of the reno dumpsters and machinery were taking up many more. There was literally no available parking spot when we arrived at 8 PM. Employee (only one when we checked in) did her best. Breakfast hostess was nice, and all typical Holiday Inn food options were prepared and presented nicely. No one at desk

This is the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. I had a king size bedroom. Everything was completely clean. There was plenty of space and nothing looked like it was old. They have a nightlight in the bathroom. They also called me to let me know that there wasn’t going to be housekeeping on Christmas. I had put the no thank you sign on the door. They wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. That’s going the extra mile.

Came for a quick trip for my kids fall break. We had 2 rooms. The stay was fine there were a few things we didnt like but didnt let it bother us and didnt complain about them either ( dirty/green pool, bathroom sink wouldnt drain, mold on mattress of pull out couch). About 2 hours after we checked out we got a call from the manager Angel who claimed he was charging us $260+ for a missing ottoman in one of the rooms. We were there for 2 days and there was never an ottoman in that room when we checked in. He claimed maybe my kids damaged it and we tried to get rid of it and he couldnt tell if we were lying or not. We asked for him to look at the video cameras and he would see that we in fact did not take an ottoman. He said "im not going to sit down and look at 24 hours of video". Shortly af
