Holiday Inn Express & Suites Louisville N - Jeffersonville by IHG

The location is great, right off of I65 with many restaurants close by. We arrived at 9:50 pm on February 28, 2026. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The glass shower door will not stay closed so water goes onto the floor and the refrigerator doesn’t get cold. The attendant taking care of the breakfast area was very nice, friendly and maintained the breakfast area with hot food with a smile. We did report to front desk when we checked out and she said she would notify housekeeping and maintenance. We were dissatisfied with our stay.

Positive: The staff was friendly Negative: I was put in a dirty hotel room . It had no pillows and no tv remote also the pool heater was broke and was not told this prior to booking when I called.

I guess we’ve been spoiled by other Holiday Inn Express locations. We have come to expect open pools, drink and snack perks of the Club, and cookie and lemonade available at other HIE. And with all the opportunities for discount- military, AARP, senior, points- we still paid MORE than what we saw online. What benefits are we getting for being members of the Club? My husband enjoys that it’s a HI, I enjoy a deal and/or special perks. Guess where we’ll stay next time?

Upon arrival we were greeted by a sweet friendly young lady, Molly. Molly recognized us as Diamond Elite members and explained everything to us. Definitely an asset to the company. The room was clean and very comfortable. Loved the shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and everyone we saw at breakfast was commenting about the nice variety of foods and taste. We definitely recommend this particular hotel and easy location to maneuver to destinations.

$200 a night to stay what a joke the pool and pool area was freezing requested the staff to turn the heat up they wouldn't. The staff stated it was as the heat was on full blast, they was no heat. Its Dec turn the dang heat on or stop advertising heated pool. Within 2 hours of being here they are out of pool towels. Seriously no towels requested additional towels for our suite I can give you 1 its a suite that sleeps 6. We literally had 2 bath towels 2 wash clothes and you give me 1 additional towel. This place is the worst.
