Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville Louisville North

This was where we stayed when for our Louisville stop. Not the greatest location, it wasn’t really walkable to much, but it was right off the highway. The onsite restaurant, Fuzzy’s was good however, with great service, and had really good breakfast sandwiches. They did seem to be running out of a lot of things while we were there though. Check-in was a little weird, the one guy seemed to not be up on service dog policy. Overall, good stay. Quiet and clean. Nice gym.

I have been staying at this hotel almost since it opened. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the Deluxe rooms have a very innovative and functional layout for business travelers and families. Two other family groups booked rooms there on this trip, right before Christmas, and they loved the rooms! Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful, but Victor went above and beyond this time. We had a car problem on the way down from Cleveland, so we had to extend our stay from departure on Sunday to departure on Monday. We departed the hotel around noon to hopefully pick up our car in Louisville. We had described our predicament to Victor that weekend, so before his shift ended at 3:00 he called us, just to make sure we didn't need to extend our room reservation through Tuesd

Disappointed. I hold Hilton to a higher standard than Holiday Inn or Motel 6. We had low shower water pressure and let the front desk know. They indicated that there was a water problem that was repaired and all should be well the next day. It wasn't.The in room coffee maker did not work. Won't stay there again. May try the Holiday Inn instead.

Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville Louisville North was a massive disappointment, primarily due to abysmal service and cleanliness. During our four-day stay, we repeatedly requested room service/housekeeping. It never happened. Not once. No cleaning, no fresh towels, no restocking of basic items. We ran out of nearly everything and had to personally ask staff just to get essentials—hardly the level of service expected from a Hilton-branded property. Cleanliness was equally unacceptable. The shower contained large, obvious hairs, making it clear the room had not been properly cleaned before we arrived—or during our entire stay. I know it happens. I spent at least 3 hours of my night trying to not think about bugs in my room. Victor was there for me when I needed to get someone to come up and take care or the bugs. At least they weren't bed bugs. Found two in my bed and all around the room. Victor your a great guy I really enjoyed you letting me vent and talk . Hope to meet you again. Ty sir. Hope your maintenance guy was not to horrified with the bugs.lol Suggestion. Go get some screen and hot glue and pull the front of the ac units off and install them this will stop the bugs from comming in the room. Great day all that wasn't all of them just the first hr
