Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lindale - Tyler by IHG

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lindale on a trip from Virginia to Austin, TX. The hotel is located close to the freeway, which made it very convenient for those who are travelling through the area. However, it was still very quiet in our rooms. The room was basic, but nice with a small fridge, coffeemaker with pods, a large tiled shower. The bed was very comfortable, and IHG hotels always have four pillows on each bed--two that are firm and foam, and two that are soft, which gives you a choice. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. There were pancakes that you could make, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bagels & English muffins, muffins, yogurt & toppings, and oatmeal with toppings. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beds and showers were clean, beds were comfortable, and the booking was easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was everything we could have wanted/ needed to continue our trip.

Positive: Cleanliness and the desk clerk. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Negative: It was hard to find. We had to drive through two other hotel lots to get to it.

I highly recommend the Hilton Inn Express & Suites if you are looking for a great place to stay in Lindale, Texas. It’s a beautiful, extremely clean property with easy access from I-20. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. And, they offer a delicious complimentary breakfast. My heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff who took great care of me. Amy was so gracious and helpful when I booked my reservation. Darron greeted me with a smile when I checked in. John was delightful when I checked out. My entire 5 star experience was amazing.

I travel often and they have the best breakfast so far. The variety of items to choose from is a huge plus. Hotel was clean, comfy bed, and friendly staff. I don't care for the location it's difficult to get to because of where the entrance is located but that's not anything they can change. I also didn't like they there was no water to purchase in their pantry. Other than that great hotel!
