Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kansas City-Grandview

Great stay overall. The room was very clean, and I liked the Dove toiletries — a nice touch. Breakfast was great, especially the sweet cinnamon rolls, which were delicious. There was one small issue where the key card didn’t work once, but it was quickly resolved and didn’t affect our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The room was clean. Service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and professional. Negative: An outside caller was unfortunately able to bypass the front desk hotel phone system and call my room directly. The staff was extremely apologetic.

Carla was in top of keeping the kitchen stocked and making sure the dining and serving area was clean. She politely greeted our family and we felt welcomed to help ourselves and offered to help out with anything we needed. 5/5 would come back again because of the amazing service!

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Grandview, MO was second to none. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable bedding was very clean and fresh. Bedroom, WiFi, lighting, toiletries, all of the amenities were great. The staff were great and very polite. They greeted me with a smile and acknowledge my previous history of business with them. I really enjoyed the breakfast. They served eggs, cinnamon rolls, biscuit with white gravy,choice of cereal with milk, several kinds of muffins, choice of juices like apple juice, and orange juice. The eating area was very clean. I must say my stay was very pleasant and relaxing. I really can’t say anything negative about the staff, hotel cleanliness, food or amenities. Liked: Rooms are cleaned everyday, free breakfast, lots of parking, staff was really nice. Didn't like: No smart TV in sight. Stuck watching a few channels like I was in the hospital. No Netflix, no screen mirroring, nothing. That killed it for me. Makeup remover wipes were not replaced. I only had them the first day I got here. Could I go downstairs and get more? Probably. Do I want to and do I think I should have to? No. Also the cleaners kept turning my heat off and it was freezing every time I came back to my room. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of grab and go options. Only had bacon 1 time this week. Lastly, doordash cannot bring food to your room. U have to go down to the lobby. Im too tired to be doing all that. But yea, it was an ok stay. Im ready to go home.
