I can't say enough good things about this property and the host, Jake. This is a host who appreciates the finer things in life and knows how to make his guests feel welcomed and cared for. The house was completely stocked with everything you would need and not just stocked with the basic model of what you need. Coffer, creamer, sugar, stir sticks, napkins, a decent supply of spices, scented epson salts for the bath, the throw blankets for the couch were exceptionally thick and fuzzy, the list goes on. Jake has obviously invested quite a bit of time and money to make his guests feel pampered. We had nine women staying for a cozy weekend at the EV Lodge and it was dreamy! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The couch in the living room is very plush and is somehow bigger than the pictures. We also made good use of the fire pit, sauna, and hot tub. We hope to return next year!

Our family took an annual trip and utilized this location to have quality time and beautiful surroundings. First, this place is beautiful. It is clear they put alot of thought and detail into every element of this property. It checked all the boxes and then some. The host is super responsive and even offered an early check in for our stay. Despite the 17 degree weather, our young adults utilized the sauna, hot tub, and star gazing dome outside! When they got frozen they came in and used the game room for hours. For a group like ours, we certainly appreciated having laundry/bathing soaps, cleaning supplies, and the winner was stocked coffee and a jar of snacks. This property is an absolute gem! 10/10 recommend. We will be back!

Truly something for everyone at the Ev lodge. From the beautiful furnishings, spacious indoor/outdoor dining areas & comfy beds to the game room, hot tub & sauna. Also plenty of outdoor space to explore while soaking in the fresh air & sunshine! Feels secluded, but convenient highway access and close to everything KC has to offer. Any issues are promptly addressed by the host!

I’ve stayed in many air bnb’s through the years. I must say this is one of the best. This was our family’s annual New Year’s trip. With that being said understand we had a big group. Trying to find a house to accommodate everyone always becomes a challenge. However, this was not an issue within this home. The rooms they have in this home were perfect for everyone. First time ever tha everyone was excited and pleased with their bedrooms. And as far as entertainment and leisure goes, they truly have something for everyone. You can tell they took time and put tremendous thought into this aspect. Everything in The house is top of the line. They did not spare any quality on anything.
