Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs by IHG

This hotel is far far better than Towneplace Suites in Hot Springs on several levels. Mostly cleanliness and staff. It’s less expensive too! I was here last week and stayed at Towneplace suites and this week stayed at Holiday Inn Express. After my experience last week I greatly appreciate how clean the bathroom is here and their attention to detail!

Positive: Everything was great! Spacious, beds were comfortable, amenities were great, good location! Negative: The room was comfortable, but I would've liked to be able to turn the a/c to the temperature I wanted.

So much good to say! The mobility accessible room is the best equipped one I've stayed in in our recent travels. The grab bars in the bathroom are plentiful and perfectly placed. The tub is super NON-slick. The shower head can be a hand-held, which is great. The man at the front, Charles (Charlie?) was super friendly and helpful. The guest laundry machines only cost $1 each! A great place to stay!

So even while living in hot springs, sometimes it’s nice for a staycation. So my husband booked a room with the giant tub with jets for me and a nice walk in shower for him. I literally spent most of our anniversary night in that tub, and it was the best amenity in my opinion. The service was 5 star quality by Charlie during the day, and the night clerk was equally 5 star quality unfortunately I did not get that lovely woman’s name but we chatted about our tattoos and she was great. We were there to pick up a car and just get away for our anniversary, and so walking to get things was a breeze bc of the location. Definitely going back when another staycation is needed

I had the best customer service experience with Charles. He's alway's smiling and asks everyone he encounters if there is anything they/we need and do his best to accommodate. From housekeeping to the breakfast team wonderful experience.
