Holiday Inn Express & Suites Enterprise by IHG

Customer service was great. Melissa was wonderful. However, the room wasn't the cleanness. Bed worn-out and sinking in on the first bed entering the room. Other than that, we pretty much enjoyed our stay with Holiday Inn Express

Was staying there looking for a house. Jessica at the front desk was a great help when looking for some good southern cooking (cutts family restaurant). She and everyone at the front desk was great and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was delish my wife enjoyed our stay. Tiffany was very funny and delightful at checkout. She definitely had me and my wife on a roll this morning with her personality and sense of humor. It’s great seeing people with such energy this early!

I've stayed here on multiple occasions and continue to return here each time when on business in the area. The reason I keep coming back here is that they offer a complete top notch experience. Everything from their warm, friendly and professional staff and service to their room which is always well stocked, always clean, fresh and comfortable. The room offers everything I need in the way of convenience. Their beds are truly top notch, I never fail to get a great night of sleep on their beds, that in itself is priceless when you're keeping a very busy and demanding schedule like I do. Their breakfast is Excellent with many choices and always plenty available. The cleaning staff are so friendly and very attentive. The breakfast nook lady Ms.Cindy was so sweet and attentive felt like talking to .A friend she works so hard and keeps everything clean and stocked . One of the lady's working the front desk was very rude .The room need to be vacuum better dog hair and pillows were flat. The shower water came out like a sprinkle . Over all would stay again .
