Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Enterprise

Overall a clean room and good breakfast but very sketchy front desk people. Stayed Christmas Eve until morning of Christmas and when we checked in Christmas Eve we got into our room and got two phone calls back to back from front desk at 11pm?? When we were trying to sleep and when the phone would be picked up it was a dial tone. Next morning as we are checking out they were trying to say something was wrong with our card but when confronted about the two phone calls they said oh actually your card is fine and it was a misunderstanding. Decided to stay longer due to late night so we checked back in Christmas night and prepaid for the room like we did before, when we went to check in the front desk guy said we had an extra charge of 180 he needed to swipe from our card and we were confused

The bathroom s need updating. Old showers are hard to make clean looking. Staff is super, especially Selina and Tomika. Nice people!

I am a Marriott Titanium member and this hotel has absolutely butchered the Bonvoy credit status to my account multiple times now. Rooms were booked via Marriott App by a colleague for the whole group. I gave them my Bonvoy number and name at check in, then confirmed it multiple times the next day. I have done this hundreds of times at hundreds of hotels in the last decade. This is the only Marriott that says they have added your Bonvoy and name to a reservation and absolutely refuses to give you a receipt with your name and Bonvoy number on it. Horrible customer service and Marriott corporate should look into this Fairfield.

The rooms were good. We didn't eat breakfast. The outside was good.

This hotel takes off all of the boxes for comfort and convenience, as well as a great day. The location is great with restaurants and businesses close back within walking distance. The rooms are modern, sleek, and very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend that it when traveling through Enterprise make this a destination stop. The service team was very knowledgeable and accommodating as well as genuinely friendly. We will definitely stop here on the next time in town.
