Best Western Plus Circle Inn

The rooms were clean spacious. The front desk was amazing that especially Kaitlyn. She was so helpful so pleasant. It was just a joy to deal with her very accommodating very professional. She is an asset to the best Western hotels. She even remembered our names. I would definitely stay there again. I very much enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend and I give them an A++++++++

Hotel is in extreme need of repairs and updating. Pool area is unsafe and handicap accessible lift is broken and swings around freely. Carpets are severely worn, laundry facility does not work. We had four rooms; two occupants had to be moved due to non-working light fixtures, non-working toilet and non-working air conditioning. Staff was very nice unfortunately not able to do anything except keep moving us around.

Positive: "" Negative: The room was very clean but was kinda dark and gloomy. Maybe a little updating the lighting would help. Bathroom was nice size but it was also dark and over the shower. The wall beside the shower was in very bad shape from water hitting it but still clean

Nice hotel in a great location. An employee named Kaitlyn (spelling?) made us feel really welcome from the moment we checked in. Would definitely choose this hotel again when passing through Enterprise.

The kitchen staff was very attentive to her area. |Relatively quiet, considering the location on the main highway. There is a buffer zone between the hotel and highway and a tall wall behind to help with this.
