Holiday Inn Express & Suites Duluth North - Miller Hill by IHG

Fantastic hotel! Super clean, incredibly friendly staff, and well thought out amenities. As a family of five we need rooms with a pull out sofa bed and this was the most comfortable we’ve ever had. My husband and I loved the fresh coffee available 24/7 and the nice exercise room. My three kiddos loved the pool and hot tub and appreciated the warm temperatures of both the pool and the air temperature of the room the pool is in. Breakfast was excellent with a super fun pancake maker and hot items such as eggs and breakfast meats. The dove brand toiletries were lovely. The hotel is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Katie was amazing and helping us get a room. She had so much compassion to help us get out of the economy hotel nearby, which had cockroaches and no smoke detector. All of Duluth and near by area was booked, but Katie was able to get us into the Holiday Inn Express within an hour. When we did check in later in the day, Meg was there to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave very personal attention. Our rooms were so clean/ fresh smelling and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Loved having coffee that was bean-to-cup, available 24/7 in the lobby. The breakfast had everything you could think of and the cinnamon rolls are especially the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Katie and Meg.

Everyone was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable except our pillows could have been firmer. Breakfast average but it was nice that they had hot oatmeal with all the fixings. Hot tub was nice. Pool good temperature but I did notice a bit of a dark ring around the water line. The elevator voice announcing each floor got a little annoying. Very nicely decorated for Christmas. Snow and ice cleared from the walkways pretty good.

We came here because we needed to get some work done on our Subaru and loved the fact that this hotel is right next to the dealership! We live two hours away from here. Meg checked us in and was so friendly and helpful! I can’t remember a front desk worker ever being this wonderful.

Pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature. The free breakfast was terrific! Parking was close and easy. The price was reasonable. Bathroom was spacious. Kids enjoyed the exercise room.
