Holiday Inn Express & Suites Douglas by IHG

The Employees are great very helpful and nice and the rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was real good with great options. My husband and I stayed there with his service dog and we couldn’t have had a better experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone passing through Douglas Wyoming.

Not impressed with this Holiday Inn express. Not up to their normal standards. For price we paid to stay here..Hot tub not good Bath water is warmer. Jets broken. So looking forward to hot tub after on road for 12 hours. Disappointing. We have stayed at Holiday Inn most times in our travels. This one is a let down.

I had a wonderful stay. the staff was friendly and attentive. I was surprised by the omelets and the salsa available in addition to eggs Sausage pork and turkey. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. It was refreshing to see the breakfast options after a lengthy break from traveling. Usually I will go to Mcdonald's or the local diner to eat a decent breakfast. it was really convenient to see a hotel chain who actually offers a breakfast worth bragging about.

This was a very clean; nicely updated hotel. Front desk person was very helpful on the phone. There was excellent space in our room and bathroom; the bed was very comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast with good variety. Highly recommend and will definitely return if in the area again!

This hotel treats us as family the time we checked in and until we checked out. They do really looked after their customers and make sure that we are comfortable in our stay. Food was excellent and services was way beyond what we expected.
