Budget Inn Express

The room was very clean. The front desk person was most helpful. My husband had his truck break down and had to wait for it to be fixed. They were welcoming, let him extend his checkout due to the time it would be fixed and were utmost helpful. Definitely a great hotel!!!

We have been here for about 3 weeks now while closing on a house. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the price is affordable. We stayed with our three cats, and you can't beat her deals anywhere in town. Not to mention, the woman who runs the hotel is beyond sweet. Also, there is a washer and dryer for guests that is super inexpensive. If you want a good place to stay for a while, I would definitely recommend this place. ||Also, my cats loved the big windowsills to sit in and watch the world from lol.

The front desk guy Mr. Frank was so professional I had to stay for 5 days due to a truck breakdown and he constantly checked on me to see if I needed anything and if I was okay. The House keeper Ms.Adriana was also very kind and helpful in making sure my stay was very comfortable. I appreciate you both for making sure I was comfortable and more importantly safe. Staff super helpful and friendly. Came in after midnight and hooked me right up. Rms are super clean and no stale odors.

This review is about the customer service at Budget Inn. I didn't stay at the room because I had to cancel my trip. Initially, I made a mistake while booking the room, and Melinda helped me adjust my booking. After cancelling, Expedia said they would not issue me a refund. Melinda at the front desk was super helpful and spoke with them on the phone to get them to issue me a refund. Their customer service is fantastic, and I wanted to document that for other prospective guests.
