Del Rio Inn

I rented 2 rms and asked for side by side that did not happen. Then they were trying to charge me more than what Expedia said the price was. The rooms have been upgraded since 2019 that I stayed there but our room was not clean there was public hair by the toilet there was hair in the tub that was very stuck on there like it had been there a good while. The lamps ny oir bed were full of dust and ine of the beds had dirt on it as if the sheets had not been changed. Never again will I stay here. Also I needed towels and the office was closed a good while I called the office and they told me they would be out for a while. Same owner as champions inn towards the lake.

This hotel needs a lot of work. Very run down and shabby looking. Our bathroom had water damaged floors and walls. Beds were hard, pillows were flat, curtains were ripped and falling off the rod. Room smelled old and musty. The good points were lots of hot water with good water pressure.

Great location, lady at front desk was very friendly and nice. Stayed here for a couple of nights the room was clean had a small fridge, great experience after all. I will definitely stay here again.

During my stay, my mail has MIA or had been tampered with (new cash card was hacked before opening it myself), the AC still doesn't work. Phone has been hacked and monitored. Assuming the poor ratings that have been given, definitely nothing has improved my stay. But has definitely made it more uncomfortable and definitely unprofessional. Arrangements to a cheaper motel had been made but for some reason the prices went up. Coincidentally it happened when my phones got hacked and was being monitored. Have stayed dealing with the broken room and lack of service, I even had to lock my bank card so no more charges were done without my knowledge. Not even a discount for the inconvenience. I don't cause problems and I pay what the room isn't worth and yet my stay has been uncomfortable and unpro
