Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton East - Beavercreek by IHG

Everything online makes the place look like its fresh and new, but after walking around our room in my white socks for a half an hour, my socks were filthy on the bottom. Not sure if the pink hair for the front desk crew is a company requirement or not, TV's that were on in the lobby had their volumes turned up to 11, and the absolute worst part was that the sole pancake machine was broken and unavailable for breakfast. Trash truck picking up from next door sounded like the building was collapsing at 5 in the morning. Property has promise, just needs management with a better eye for detail.

I had a great stay at this Holiday Inn, clean and tidy rooms. Pool was on the smaller side. But what really stood out was the breakfast experience thanks to Mary. She was absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made sure everyone was taken care of and started the morning on such a positive note. Employees like Mary truly make a difference. Thank you for such great service!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Dayton East - Beavercreek and had an excellent stay. I was there approximately 12 weeks for work and didn't have any issues. Your always greeted when you enter the hotel and anyone that you meet, whether it's kitchen staff or the cleaning crew they always say hello. The cleaning staff does an excellent job at cleaning the hotel and the rooms. The whole hotel is clean from top to bottom. The hotel is in a great location with easy access. Lot's of places to go shopping and there's several restaurants in the area also. I want to give the following personnel a shout out: Front Desk Crew: Sara, Mary and Dallas is always willing to help you out in any way that they can. Always smiling and very professional. The special needs rooms are clean and spacious with all the amenities to keep clients safe when in the restroom. The complementary breakfast was great. The went above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. Shopping and dining options very close to the hotel.

The stay was great had to go up to my daughter's college for a orientation. Didn't like the water pressure but the shower head may need to be changed. I spoke with one of the cooks and ask if I could pay her to make some bacon 🥓 and she ( Yvette) said i got you i appreciate her so much for that great personality and was a pleasure to speak to !!!
