I stayed here on a business trip with my husband. When we arrived they were making renovations to the outside and inside of the hotel. It did not look welcoming or pleasant, but kudos to the guys working. They worked fast and were gracious when walking by. The customer service was great! The rooms were okay. This hotel doesn't feel like a Marriott brand.

The hotel is a bit disheveled at the moment during renovations. Probably will be nice when they are done but disruptive now. Staff is great, food and drinks are good. Overall, a nice place even with the face lift going on.

Loved this hotel. Well appointed and clean, with friendly staff. Pool was cold and hot tub under repair, but didn't impact our enjoyment overall. Being able to grab a coffee throughout the day from the onsite cafe was a nice plus. The area this hotel is located in feels very safe (and we were told by our Uber driver that it was one of the best) and is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend, and we'll likely be back next year.

I stayed last week due to a family funeral, and when I think of excellent service, I will think of this hotel. I booked here because my usual hotel was sold out. I was able to check in early to get ready for the service, which was a plus. Susan and Jennifer placed a hand written condolences card in my room with a variety of treats to cheer me up. They recommend local bars and restaurants (and even told me what to order at them) and provided great conversation and laughs on a day I really needed it. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel was clean, the location is great, and the staff made it the best. There are renovations going on, and even though the patio was closed, Jennifer arranged the outside furniture so I could enjoy a late night drink by the fire my last night there.

I have been trying to speak to someone about my experience since October including my frustration when I was unable to check in for my reservation, phone calls to the front desk at the hotel on the next two days, an online complaint to Marriott, and two phone calls to Marriott. ||I booked a room at this hotel on 9/20 for a two night stay from 10/4-10/6. ||I arrived with my friend close to midnight on 10/4. The young man at the desk first asked if two double beds would be OK. I said we would prefer two queens as that was what I had booked and we had another friend joining us the next night. He spent a few minutes on the computer apparently looking for a room for us when I spoke up and told him that two doubles would be fine if that was all that was available. He spent another few minu
