Walking in at 11:50 pm, all it took was sharing my last name, the front desk attendant already had everything prepared and ready to go. No delays, no extra steps, just smooth and professional service when it mattered most. Despite first-floor construction, the experience was surprisingly unaffected. We spent two nights here to avoid going back north to the cold weather and had a good experience. When we checked in, we found our bathroom faucet was extremely loose and my husband went to the front desk and it was fixed immediately. When I went to turn on the lamp by the desk, I noticed the plug was broken. I returned it to the front desk the next morning as it was getting late and the maintenance man, who by the way, was extremely courteous, was prompt in fixing it the next day. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast offerings were good, we especially liked the cinnamon rolls! I was able to do some laundry while we were there. Our experience was wonderful.

After traveling for 10 hours, the bed was heavenly. My family of four had a much needed sound night sleep. ...well rested for our next full day of travel. The room was clean and comfortable. The following morning, my husband and daughter had a wonderful breakfast. The coffee was also satisfying. Although, we didn't eat out, there are lots of nearby restaurants including Cracker Barrel.

Hotel was average. They put us in a handicapped room which was spacious but not necessary for us. I hope no one else needed it. On our way to Destin so this was a quick stop. Was located in a convenient good area for us to make a quick overnight stay.

This HIE is right off I-10. Really easy to get to. The staff was outstanding and as always, it's a really nice hotel. First time at this HIE and I'm glad I choose it. I'll be coming back since it's right at the distance I like to drive when I leave the Dallas area heading back to Florida.
