Night auditor Ariana was exceptionally pleasant. After traveling at least 4 hours and arriving at midnight, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

These guys were awesome I arrived late and was the last one to check in. I think here name was summer. What a huge blessing she is to have on your staff. She helped me feel right at home with her pleasant demeanor. The room and beds were very comfortable, clean and fresh. I was going to use my points to stay since I was in town for a friend of mine who has been ill. No room to stay at his house and points are better than a sofa. The next morning I was heading out and I decided to stop at the food bar. Normally I enjoy the limited offerings. Today I was disappointed in the items offered. The eggs were not very good seemed like a little fresh up was in order. Then came the unidentifiable meat. I realize that you have to serve those in the geographical area. I was not able to eat it. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Cuero, and I have to share my amazing experience! The hotel was great, but what made it truly unforgettable was seeing Albeastmode (Abigail) working there! I'm a huge fan, so when I saw her, I couldn't help but cry. My kids were going crazy with excitement too – they absolutely love her music! Abigail was so kind and gracious, taking the time to say hello. It meant the world to me and my family. The entire staff was wonderful, but seeing Albeastmode (Abigail) there was the highlight of our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. It's not every day you get to meet your idol, especially in such a cool and unexpected way. I highly recommend this hote

Came to visit my boyfriend who is staying there for work. The entire staff was friendly, helpful & made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! The hotel was always clean. Definitely won’t be afraid to go back!

After driving at least 4 hours, my daughter, granddaughter and I arrived around midnight and we were extremely tired. Upon arrival we were met by a young lady named Ariana (the night auditor). She went above and beyond to welcome us and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Ariana, you made our stay quite pleasurable.
