We just used it to sleep after going to a wedding was good no iron was the only recommend thing

Room was basically clean. Wifi didnt work well. The curtain keep no light out- no privacy can see in and out of our room. So couldn't sleep well room stayed to bright from outside lights since only sheers covered window.bathroom sink was dirty. Bathtub needs mat. Had to be careful not to slip. GREAT towels!. Tv controls didnt work. Could hear everything and everyone outside. Was woke up at 6am. People loading outside our room(our room was in a spot for no parking). Breakfast was about a 3 rating. At 8am not much left and waffle mix was like paste. We got 1 cup coffee each and no one was refilling anything no staff in front to ask for more. Still had 1.5 hrs before breakfast ended.||Guy at front desk was very friendly at check in. Not worth $80 a night.when you go to apps or website shows s

They have a sign at check in that says they allow service dogs. The Indian at the front desk refused me and my service dog a room. This was after he had me wait an hour for a room to be cleaned. Boooooo!

Honestly, if I could give no Star I would. I really tried to work with these people, a very dirty room with dust and dead insects in every single corner. They don't clean as they claim to clean, my camera recorded the cleaning and all they do is change the bathroom towel and take the trash. I kept asking the guy at the front desk for them to at least vacuum and clean but he said he suggests that I look for another place to stay. My husband had to come help me clean my room, to make it manageable for me but I lost it when I found a scorpion in my bathroom. That was when I cancelled my stay. I have pictures to support this.

We came in on Tuesday for my grandmother's funeral and my Dad had made the reservation the day before. Gentleman at the desk was friendly, expressed his condolences, and gave us a GREAT rate for the room. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of lighting. Room is very dimly lit when curtains are closed. Breakfast was plentiful. Front desk allowed us to keep the room well past check out so we could change after the funeral prior to driving home. Would definitely stay here again.
