Holiday Inn Express & Suites Crawfordsville by IHG

I’ve been staying here weekly for months due to work. The staff is always great while I’m there. The rooms are clean and comfy. More channel options would be nice but I usually just hook up my Roku to the tv and stream shows. Their breakfast is amazing and a pretty good way to start the work day, I must say. It was also very nice to have warm gooey chocolate chip cookies in the lobby when I got off work too. Plus that hot tub was a lovely way to unwind. The only small thing that was mildly annoying while there was the elevator sounding like it was being murdered every time it opened. But after a while, I was just amused by it. Lol.

Extra clean and nice room. Beds were a bit soft for us but most people would say average firmness. Breakfast was good and had a wide assortment of things.

Stayed 2 nights here, right before Thanksgiving. The woman at the front desk, in the evening was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional on the phone while making my reservation. I almost hung up and looked for another place to stay. Then she was nosey while checking in, and so unhelpful I waited until the morning staff came in to ask for anything. The notes on my account say that I do not want to be near an elevator. My door was literally 15 small paces away from it. Then the room across the hall had a dog that barked everytime anyone walked down the hallway. The morning staff offered to move my room, but I decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

Coming from Florida, they booked us easily same day! Great amenities , clean rooms, indoor pool, free breakfast, and smoke free! We will definitely be staying there during our next visit highly recommend

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. We were greeted when we arrived and asked if there was anything they could do to make things more comfortable. The room upon inspection was very clean and the mattresses have covers to help prevent any issues. We arrived back to the hotel late each night and there was someone at the desk each time we came in which made me feel like they were monitoring things more closely. The pool was very nice, although we didn't get a chance to swim it was clean and not crowded. The breakfast was hot and there were a variety of options each morning. The staff was very attentive to keeping things refilled and even asked if there was anything else we might need. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiti
