Best Western Plus Crawfordsville Hotel

Front Desk was nice and pleasant. New to the area an the workers where able to direct me to a good spot to eat. Cleanliness of the room was pleasant and clean. Witch was helpful. Breakfast was great Omelet was made perfect. I will Stay at this hotel again on my next visit to the area. Although I didn't get to swim, I did go take a look and it was clean! The Exercise room Was A Grate addition to our stay!

So as my lovely semi broke, all the front desk staff where beyond amazing. Probably one of the best i have meet in a long time. Breakfast was good with omelet bar nice to mix it up. Love the ladies who cook. Thank you all for being awesome and keep up the good work. Strive for greatness great things come to those who work hard and are humble. Ill wave each time I pass by!

I made my reservation on trip. Com which was pre paid. The hotel wanted to charge me again and showed my receipt showing payment. The front desk spoke with owner at check in on the phone . We were told the owner would be in by 8am the next morning so we could get things taking care of. The next morning the owner still has not arrived at facility. We left in the morning and the owner said she would take care of it and call me. Hours later she still isn’t at the hotel. I called and was told to email her.

Place is absolutely disgusting, first time I've ever had to request a room change due to cleanliness. Hair and pubes on every layer of sheets and the "fresh" towels in the bathroom. Wanted a refund and just go to the hotel behide this one but the staff didn't know how...... Semen all over the headboard of the first room and not a single clean surface to sit on absolutely vile. Staff said oh it must of not gotten cleaned yet, but everything was made up. Towels stocked and sheets made, just everything is stained and covered in hair. New room wasn't much better shower was nasty, still hair on the towels, but less bodily fluids on everything. Still feel dirty for even stepping in either room. I've stayed in motels and never been this disgusted by a place, let alone one at this price. Disgracef

I'm tired of throwing good money to these disgusting hotels! This hotel's common area decor actually looked nice. But the floors were dirty. Bathrooms nasty. We were here with two other couples. ALL of our room's bathrooms were gross. And although this was probably the worse I've encountered in the US, most hotels are like this...at times even the pricey ones. BUT, NOT in Europe. See, Europeans wouldn't put up with this...they don't want to live in filth. But apparently, American's are fine with it. Gunk around faucets, fingerprints all over the doors, black moldy caulk around tub. Unacceptable. Tell your housekeeping they need to actually use a sponge on the surfaces, not just spray and walk away. CLR or Lime Away will remove the gunk around the faucet. ZEP for that etched rin
