Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus by IHG

The hotel itself was lovely: clean, modern & comfortable. |What made the stay 5-star quality, however, was the phenomenal staff. Our car had broken down, and we ended up staying 3 nights here, and the entire staff was so kind & supportive, so accommodating & sweet. Mary, the breakfast lady, was an absolute angel, as were the housekeeping staff, the office folks, and even the manager who granted us a few favors (extra ice was so nice). They made us feel so at home, more than mitigating the stress of a bad car trip. We are so thankful for the kindness of these strangers-no-more. The world is still a sweet place when these folks inhabit it. Perhaps it was all the lovely Latinos who emanate such kindness despite the world showing them otherwise.

Great bed with many pillows and the ac kept our room cool like we prefer! There were lots of outlets and usb plug ins which is a must these days!! The best part was the breakfast served by one of the nicest and hardest working people I have come across! She made sure the food was to our liking and that we had what we needed. She is a delightful person who we enjoy seeing when we go!!

This place was fantastic 👏 Super clean Staff was very nice and attentive... But most importantly was Ms. Mary. Sh works in the kitchen breakfast area and was just a true love. What a nice and cleanly lady, not only was the food Hot and fresh but she was always asking if I needed anything better then any waitress working in a restaurant. She made my morning EVERY MORNING during my stay there.. I would most certainly give her a raise ... She deserves to be acknowledged. God bless her. Best hotel we have been too in awhile! Super clean, friendly service, great breakfast options, and wonderful coffee! The woman taking care of breakfast was so sweet and made sure everyone had what they needed, and greeted us with a smile. When I checked in the gentleman was so kind. I asked about having our rooms close by, and he said he put us in conjoined rooms!! So great to have when you have to split your family into 2 rooms! We only got to stay 1 night, but I woshed we could stay longer. Great place!

Are you and your Family looking for the best experiance a hotel has to offer look no further. The taste and quality of breakfast will blow your mind. The friendly staff is better than any cruise ship. This place is cleaner than your grandmother's stove top.The rooms are roomy and immaculate the swimming pool and hot tub are well taken care of and will not burn your eyes. The weight room has the best machines for body toning and well equipped with steel weights also need a room key to get in. The laundry room is very clean and cheap to wash and dry. Did you forget your detergent the front desk has a little store. You are going to be so glad you stayed at this awesome Family or Buisiness Hotel. P.s It's very quiet day or night.
