Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chickasha by IHG

Me, my husband and our two children stayed New Year's Eve. We had a horrible experience at Motel 6 across the street and needed to leave immediately. So we came across the street to Holiday Inn Express and was extremely satisfied! Steve helped us immediately. My boys and my husband did not have to sleep in a horrible room lol. It was clean, comforting, staff were amazing, and don't forget the the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Five star definitely in my opinion. Thank you guys we truly appreciate it

The hotel very clean and room was nice and clean. One of the lightbulbs was out on bedside nightstand but not a big deal. Bathroom was very clean. My problem came when it was time for bed. I always check the bed for bedbugs and if the mattress has a plastic protector cover. This bed did not. That makes me very uncomfortable and I had a restless night. I also worried having covers so close to my face and wondering if sheets and bedding are changed with every guest or am I snuggling with bedding (not sheets but comforter ) that someone else has slobbered on and or who knows did what with. Makes for a very uncomfortable sleeping night. Breakfast was amazing but I did feel like the orange juice was diluted and was not fit to drink.

Worst Holiday Inn Express ever! First room reeked of cigarette smoke. Had to change rooms. New room was clean however the towels were horribly stained and disgusting. (See photos) Oil workers partying in a dark corner of the parking lot They didn’t bother us but the next morning they had just left all their trash of beer cans and empty cases on the ground. There was a dumpster just feet away. The front desk guy was very nice and accommodating when we complained of smoke smell but he’s the only positive of this dump of a hotel that cost $200/night.

My husband and myself stayed the night and the guy working the desk was great! The room was clean the mattress was so comfortable we checked the tag to buy the same one when we get home. Overall great experience and we will be return customers

The lady working the desk was very kind, let me check in early, room technically was clean, however, after my first night I found a bed bug literally crawling on my arm. Immediately checked out and got refunded, however it seems like this might be a reoccurring issue. The hotel staff were so kind and apologetic, still freaks me out. Now I have to quarantine all my belongings and hope I don’t spread them to my home or car.
