Best Western Plus Chickasha Inn

The room was fine. The bathroom...I think they forgot to clean it! We rolled in around midnight with our two kids, one is 3, the other 9 months. Exhausted. Got up to our room, got the kids to sleep, then I walked into the bathroom. The sink was filthy. Had the pink ring around the plug. The toilet was far from clean. The tub, oh my word. It was gray instead of white. Pink rings around the plug and all around the edge of the tub too. I had a few clorox wipes which I decided to use to wipe down every surface I could, especially the bathtub. I knew I was going to have to bathe my baby the next morning in that tub and there was no way I was waking my kids up to move to a different room (also there for a wedding and I knew the majority of rooms were already booked). Today November 29, 2025 @8:49 am After traveling 3 hours to come lay my sister to rest. I experienced unprofessional treatment I would never want any else to experience. What I experienced from Evan (Best Western PLUS Chickasha Inn 430 S. Grand Avenue) at the front desk this morning was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My family and I are guests traveling from Dallas for my sister’s funeral, and our check-in time was after 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned had several issues: the phone did not work, there were only two face towels in a double room with a pull-out sofa, and there were no sheets provided for the pull-out bed. I highly recommend the BW Plus Chickasha Inn. We were attending a funeral in a nearby town. This was our first stay at this hotel. This hotel opened about 4 yrs ago and is beautiful. Plenty of parking. The lobby is large with a lot of comfortable seating. After a long day of travel, the Nescafe machine in the lobby was a welcome sight with a variety of coffee settings or hot water for tea (black tea is provided). Very glad it was not a Keurig with those horrible plastic pods! With 3 guests and luggage we wanted a spacious room. So we opted for a Suite w/2 Queen beds & sofa. Room was spacious and very clean. Two tv's are provided, one for bed area and one for sofa (most likely it's a pullout sofa for sleeping, but we only used the beds for sleeping). A/C unit worked well, makes some noise b

This is possibly the best hotel in Chickasha. Evan and Amanda were super helpful and handled my request with ease. I always appreciate a kind and caring staff, especially when my kids are traveling with me. The rooms were clean and spacious. Even the housekeeper that did our service had a smile on her face. I also love that they don't keep their pull out sheets in the rooms so we always know they're fresh. Thank you for a great stay! I want to also shout out to the managers because they even gave their employees Thanksgiving off and it shows they actually care!
