Chickasha Inn & Resorts

The new staff are not very accommodating or care about the guests. They are putting guests in rooms that have no hot water. When I informed them that the hot water was out. Their response was we have many rooms that way. Its been that way for multiple days now. I've stayed here for years off and on for work. Over the past few months, this establishment has gone downhill. Not sure what has occurred other than staffing. This was my last stay at this location.

Didn’t get rooms reserved in block. AC not working Smoke detector wrapped in trash bag Front desk manager rude Took 4 days to finally get correct rooms AC didn’t work in those rooms Doors get stuck Underwear at side door for 3 days now so nobody cleaning Can’t hardly get towels, have to go ask each night Was told we could have 10 rooms in block then told that was never said Coke machines eat your money front desk says call Dr Pepper Weed is smoked in rooms Saw oil field workers drinking in parking lot Pool only open to 9pm and no towels avail Some rooms shower doesn’t drain well GM never contacts you even when requested I requested 3 times to have GM call me and she never had yet. The ONLY thing good…… Breakfast This place does not care about quality or treating you correctly

Room was dated but clean. AC extremely loud. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. A delicious, made from scratch, buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, kielbasa and onions, real eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, grapefruit, plus all the other standard hotel breakfast offerings) made up for a mediocre motel.

Overall this hotel was an okay stay. My standards might be a bit low because I've stayed in a few poor hotels before this. The rooms were dated but decent. The bathroom was dirty, and difficult to use. The hotel was large and hard to locate things. The staff were nice and helpful, and breakfast was amazing! They had a counter of food with eggs, waffles ,, fruit, pastries, ect.. I think this hotel isn't exactly made for a family stay due to beer bottles all over the outside and smaller rooms. This would be nice for workers, and solo stays.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean…very nice shower great water pressure. Very nice sitting area surrounding the indoor pool. The bed was comfy. The free breakfast was awesome. Scrambled eggs (real eggs) bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, homemade gravy. Also had cereal, waffle maker, fruit, juice, coffee. Exceptional breakfast items. Price was reasonable too. Chickashe is a very nice little town. Definitely worth the money.
