Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chehalis-Centralia by IHG

Marked location down to 4, it is near railroad tracks. Check-in was easy and fast, however I am used to reception standing while doing business. Room, clean and comfortable. Property, clean and felt safe. Breakfast, OMG EXCELLENT. Fresh fruit, pancakes, yogurt, milk, sausage gravy,biscuits,sausage patties, hashbrowns, egg white vegan omelets bagels, toast, assorted muffins and OMG the cinnamon rolls absolutely perfect warm soft fresh. Yeah I like food. Check-out-- Natalie very professional, attentive, asked me how my stay was, genuinely kind, not forced kindness. I will stay there again when I need a place to stay in that area. Planes Trains and Automobiles, you will hear them all from the comfort of your own room and all of this noise starts in the middle of the night when the trains start going by. It escalates to airplanes and cars as the night wears on by early morning the cars are incredibly loud. But worse yet, their TVs are not set up for Netflix or any other streaming service. This is the only Hotel of six that we have stayed at that did not allow us to Simply log into our own personal Netflix or own personal Amazon. Having to sit in the evening after a long drive just wanting a drink and watching commercial after commercial after commercial was beyond painful. Honestly the beds were comfortable and that's the only reason I gave it any stars at all

This stay was a pleasant surprise from the start. Natalie had our room ready and even greeted us by name! The room was clean and room, and had an effective blackout curtain. The breakfast was well-stocked, had healthy options and was really good. Our stay exceeded our expectations, beginning and ending with Natalie’s hospitality.

The funds had excellent service and helped us out with the things that we had forgotten at home.They also provided a crib for my baby with all the linings and their pool area was great.My family enjoy their time.Their visits, and it was very quiet.Calm and clean. We definitely be using this hotel again and referring it to all our friends and family.Would they'd be entering this area.
