I was visiting my boyfriend who goes here for school over the past weekend. When I arrived, I did get here some hours early before the confirmed check-in time. I forgot her name, but a nice lady at the front desk was more than happy to check me in early. The room itself was comfortable and nice to stay in. The bathroom was spacious and had the absolute best lighting for me to do my makeup in. I suppose the only problem I had was just the water pressure not being too great in the shower, but it really isn't a big deal to me. In this hotel, the coffee is not in the room but rather in the lobby. I actually quite like it, because they had an entire coffee bar spread there. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable. As a female solo traveler, I did feel safe staying here and in this area. When

This was a one night stay for an early morning departure from ABQ airport. Check in was a bit confusing and I dont know why the attendant was a bit confused. The Lobby seemed nice and clean. Forth floor Room 409. Okay view except when I went to the window to look out I stood on a wet carpet from a dripping A/C unit. Which I must add was extremely loud and only kicked on intermittently. It was either very cold or warm. The bed was very high and my wife ( who is short) had a hard time getting into bed.|One of the towels in the bathroom was so stained and dirty that it should have been thrown out. A very odd design of the shower area made showering a bit comical. The bathroom door if you open it quickly then watch your fingers they will get slammed in the door and the wall.|If this hotel was

Positive: Location Negative: The jacuzzi water turned my daughter’s hair green..staff didn’t seem to care. I always stay at this chain of hotels. I am very disappointed in the lack of care. It will cost at least $200 to get her hair redone. I expected more from this hotel..

Sara doesn’t know what she’s talking about. It’s an Holiday Inn in ABQ…not the Ritz. OMG your sheets smelled of bleach. You mean they smelled clean! If they smelled like flowers you’d probably complain about the fabric softener giving you a rash as well. I’ve never seen homeless people wondering around here. I’ve seen them in the area but again…ABQ. During my last stay, the only sketchy person I saw was some guy driving up to me in the parking lot to give me a fake sad story and trying to get money out of me. As he was doing this, one of the staff members came out to watch what was happening just in case I need help. This last stay here, the room was clean, the wifi is fast, the new coffee machine make a good cup of coffee, the staff were all super nice and helpful. Even the young

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! not safe and absolutely disgusting. After being on the road for 12 hours, all I wanted was to rest and get a good night’s sleep, but this hotel was absolutely awful. There is nothing positive to say about this property. The hotel was filthy and appeared to be functioning as a homeless shelter, despite charging us $300 total ($150 per room). Homeless individuals were throughout the hotel, and one even tried to open my door. I did not feel safe at any point during my stay. The sheets smelled strongly of bleach and caused a rash on my arms. The room smelled like wet clothes, and I felt forced to wipe everything down with Lysol just to feel somewhat comfortable. The bathtub was disgusting, with hair and visible foot stains. The only bright spot was Laura at the front des
