Holiday Inn Express Queens - Maspeth by IHG

Got stuck in the snow and had to spend the day here. So I was just some random walk in and the woman at the desk couldn't have been nicer. She helped me get a room and made sure I had all the information I needed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The free breakfast buffet wasnt fancy but everything was well made and delicious.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Maspeth. The location was extremely convenient, especially for getting into the city. There’s easy access to nearby bus stops that connect directly to the trains, making travel into Manhattan simple and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the rooms were spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Melissa at the front desk — she was truly outstanding. She was so accommodating and friendly, and took the time to give us great pointers on getting around the city. Positive: Everything is great. One big advantage I find here it the ability to drive and park my car here. Negative: The fact that many other people agree with me can make if tricky to find a spot to park. I have been lucky so far

Good: quiet hotel, breakfast is mostly the same thing but not bad. Room was clean, service/linen change upon request, friendly and greeting workers. One day before checkout we were able to checkout 2 hours and a half later when we asked and it was subjected to availability. Will stay here again. In walking distance there is a 24 hr McDonald’s and gas station. Only downside: hotel is in a place where there isn’t much going on.
