Comfort Inn & Suites LaGuardia Airport

I wasn’t sure what to expect when booking a stay at Comfort Inn & Suites near LaGuardia, but this place genuinely impressed me from start to finish. First off, check-in was smooth and friendly. The front desk staff were welcoming without being pushy, and they actually took a moment to ask about my travel needs and offer helpful tips for navigating the area — something I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the layout made it easy to unwind. It wasn’t loud or chaotic at all — even though the hotel is so close to the airport, I didn’t hear any disruptive noise at night, which really helped me sleep well. My stay at the hotel was awesome. It was clean, comfortable, and always had a fresh aroma throughout the entire hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with the guidance on the different means of transportation and where to locate the bus and subway. Most importantly, the staff was attentive with ensuring I had plenty of fresh towels daily.

I flew into New York Thursday evening and checked into my room expecting a comfortable stay. Instead, I woke up around 4 a.m. extremely itchy and discovered three separate bites on my body. I had arrived in New York with no bites, rash, or skin irritation, so this immediately raised concerns about possible bed bugs in the room. I went to the front desk right away. The gentleman working the overnight shift was polite and sympathetic, but the only thing he was able to offer me was a bottle of water for the inconvenience. The following morning at 8 a.m., I reported the issue to the supervisor. Unfortunately, her response was completely apathetic. She showed little concern about what had happened and simply said maintenance and a manager would need to inspect the room and that she would call

Stayed here last night for a flight out of Laguardia this morning. Very close to the airport...about a 15 minute drive. Property was very clean, and spacious. Nice lobby area, nice staff. Not sure about the breakfast because we had an early morning flight, so I can't comment on that. Bathrooms are nice, but a little small...not a deal breaker. Only complaint is that the beds are not that comfortable in our opinion....may be fine for others, we just didn't like them. Other than that, everything was just fine. No restaurants around, but we ordered from Joeys Pizza and it was excellent.

Have stood here for a week. Honestly, I’m impressed. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are decent and towels etc are clean. Housekeeping are great and friendly. You can hear noise in the halls or your neighbors. Only con I would say is that since you can hear noise in the hall you can hear the doors slam of people exiting and entering and it gets annoying. The lobby is clean and breakfast area are also clean. I’ve had a pleasant stay
