Holiday Inn Express Hartford South - Rocky Hill by IHG

We just checked out of the Holiday Inn Express after living there for approximately a month due to our being displaced by my apartment complex (Concierge Apartments). The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent! The manager, Andrew, truly went above and beyond for us and made an awful situation feel significantly easier. We cannot thank you all enough. I have since started recommending it to my coworkers and friends who have people visiting them in town, and to my family when they come to stay. We lived here for a month and never had a bad experience, you will have an excellent experience coming here!

The staff was excellent: the Front Desk, the cleaning staff, the breakfast staff. They were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is very nice. It has fruit and a variety of protein, fruit juices and carbs to chose from. |It is a good location, they have: Fitness, outdoor pool, snack bar etc. The list is long. |I had a question and the person at the front desk was helping a guest at the computers and so the manager, Andrew Kovacs, came from his office to assist me.

😊: The hotel is very clean, with new furniture and a large king-size bed. The receptionist is very friendly during the day.. 😢: At night, the receptionist is an elderly woman who should have retired long ago. She called me at two in the morning and asked if I had paid the deposit..

Easy on/off from the highway, and very quiet. Awesome staff. I’ve personally grown weary of the IHG breakfast, but it is always decent. Rooms are well maintained. Zero complaints.

Great customer service! Chris, the front desk manager and other staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and housekeeping service was provided everyday. Breakfast was not our favorite but still ok. Would definitely return.
