Holiday Inn Express Fallon by IHG

Passing through on road trip. They gave me a room without a reservation which I was thankful. The rooms were very spacious, modern, clean and nice! Had a mini fridge. Hotel was quiet and pool/hot tub/ gym open 24 hours. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and had a lot of options. The room its self was pricey at $160 but is what it is on the road.

I booked this hotel for Priceline for three nights for me and my dad as we were doing business in Fallon. We decided to extend our stay and my dad spoke to the manager directly. She seemed like a very nice lady. He told her we wanted to extend our stay awake. She assured him it would be no problem and even offered him in lower rate in price line so we accepted, she said, come up and see me the following day and on the following day when we came up, there was a different lady in the office, not the manager just some employee we asked to speak to the manager and she told us she was not there and she didn’t know when she would be available so we asked. If she could please call us. because we had to head out for our business. She assured us that she would at 11 AM. We got a call from the same

Nice clean rooms. Pool and hot tub also nice Front end staff and housekeepers all pleasant, friendly and helpful. Only negative is a slow single elevator. But definitely would stay again if I'm the area

Updated rooms with premium linens and double vanities. Beds are amazing. Relatively quiet. Great value for the money. The indoorpool/spa is adjacent to the front lobby which made relaxing unattractive due to being in view of every guest that checks in and gawks through the glass room divider. I gave service 4 stars because the continental breakfast was extremely good, but when I was checking out I asked the woman at the desk about the Hilton Rewards program and she said “I don't know”. I asked if I could join online and she said “I think so”. It was odd because there was an advertisement on a whiteboard next to the front desk with info about Hilton Rewards with a note saying “Ask any staff member “. This motel is super clean. Much of it is newly remodeled. The staff is beyond helpful, location is excellent, and two swimming pools. We stay here every time we can when working in central Nevada. About the lights in the newly remodeled room - some are fine but some are 5000 Kelvin. These should be 3500 Kelvin or so. 5K is too bright. I had to leave the ones over the desk and between the beds off. Otherwise, the review would have been all 5 stars.
