Holiday Inn Express Dandridge by IHG

Hi Danbridge Holiday Inn Express, I checked in Friday night; exhausted with many responsibilities remaining to execute. The kind, accommodating lady at the front desk,, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely professional. She got me checked in was empathetic and assisted me with mailing a package.. Gave me a great room on the first floor was to exhausted to walk far. Many miles and business crammed into multiple states and in only 4 days. Her relief came and she stayed to finish the mailing of the products. I tried to tip her she refused. Went to my room clean and beds well I drilled I was so tired and the beds so good! In morning greeted with many hello's good mornings and other niceties. Good breakfast. Truly a remarkable culture in a drive through tow. WONDERFUL CULTURE!!! Than

Positive: All the staff were great. The desk staff checking us in was so welcoming, courteous, and professional. Negative: I wish we could've had fresh towels each day..not necessary to make the bed, but empty the trash and clean towels. However, we did not ask about this at checkin.

Absolutely loved the location up and away from the main roads and interstate. The staff was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out! Friendly, courteous, helpful and just flat out great people to be around. The king suite was spacious, the fireplace was something I didn't expect, kept the room warm and cozy. Bed and pillows were comfy. The patio on the back was nice as well. The breakfast was kept stocked and fresh. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

Our stay at this establishment was perfect. It began with the friendliest receptionists. They were both smiling and very helpful. Our room was perfect. Room 110 was quite, clean, and peaceful. We appreciate them offering you help make our stay better in any way possible. Thank you ladies..

The room was semi accessible. Although it had a roll in shower with a shower seat, and an accessible sink, the toilet didn't have room for a wheelchair to roll beside it for ease of transfer. The room had space for my wheelchair to get around, but the beds were too high for proper wheelchair transfer to bed. Breakfast area was fairly accessible, but the hot dishes had attached lids that I couldn't full open or reach to close without burning my arm. The hotel was in need of some TLC, but it was clean. Every employee was very helpful and nice.
