Hampton Inn Dandridge

Rooms were clean but smelled a little weird. The beds were comfortable though. The shower barely got warm. It was cold to even my husband and he takes way cooler showers than me. I purposefully did not stop there on the way back through. It's fine if you don't plan on showering.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so upsetting that I feel compelled to share it.|After a long day of travel and attending a horse show, my daughter and I arrived at the hotel late Friday evening, exhausted and ready to rest. The reservation had been made by my wife through a third-party service. Unfortunately, due to illness, she couldn’t travel, so I took our daughter in her place.|Despite having the same credit card on file, offering to provide my wife’s ID, and even having her speak directly with the front desk, I was told I could not check in because the reservation was not in my name. The staff showed no flexibility or empathy, even though we were clearly trying to verify everything in good faith.|After some back and forth, I was told I could book a separat

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. Staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were easy. Overall a nice place to stay and I’d be happy to stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay here. We love that they are pet friendly. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice warm clean pool, delicious warm breakfast.
