The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate my needs, but failed miserably. The room was freezing. I turned the thermostat up to 78 degrees and it was still freezing. I usually like to sleep in a cool room, but this was ridiculous. The mattress had the consistency of a marshmallow. It was also much too high for my short, disabled knees self. I brought my own stepstool and still couldn’t get onto the bed because the mattress had no firm edge. I slid right off. I wound up sleeping in the chair and propping my feet up on a bench, which was probably meant for my suitcase. The clerk at the front desk took 50% off one night’s stay. I think that my experience was so miserable that she should have taken off the total. Certainly never staying there again.

Conveniently located near a variety of restaurant types, shopping, highways, and more.|Facility was clean. Rooms were comfortable but bathrooms were very tight. Hot water took a longer wait than normal. Elevators were not well positioned and navigating the floor plan was challenging. Breakfast buffet offerings and quality were average with a fairly steep $15. pp charge for something often included free in similar level competitor hotels. |Microwaves are not standard in all rooms and rooms are not assigned until arrival day, making planning difficult for those with special needs or traveling with small children. |Uncovered parking was free but limited and spaces were tight. Checked in late as a walk-in around midnight. Woman at the desk was cordial, great energy and pleasant! Refreshing to see someone present and aware. I would agree the rooms are a bit outdated but the bed was super comfortable. Microwave and small fridge (that worked) is always a plus. Shower water easily warmed up. Body wash, hand wash and other bottles were full. The room DIDN'T smell....I can't tell you how many times a hotel room smells weird. Oh and the internet worked just fine, no issues there. Overall great stay.

Great location and value. The rooms are updated and comfortable. Great restaurants adjacent. And also an urgent care. Legacy Place is across the street with some high end restaurants and an Apple Store and Whole Foods. It just works if you are here visiting family or friends or if you need a bed just off the highway!

Hotel staff was very professional and nice. Location is quiet. Room was great with even a choice of a down pillow! But, the best part was a REAL breakfast with fresh fruit & yogurt, bacon and sausages, breakfast potatoes and French toast or pancakes. Coffee was great and fresh juices, too. We will definitely stay there again.
