Hilton Boston/Dedham

Not my favorite hilton. There is a breakfast buffet but its nothing special and they charge $18/person. Pool is closed for renovations til Summer. Non streaming service on the TV. Room was large and clean. Checkout is at noon. Great staff! Everyone was so friendly. Very quiet!! Comfy bed. Plenty of parking. There really wasn't anything wrong with the hotel, but Im giving 3 stars based on other hiltons I've stayed at in the area. I really missed the hot tub, streaming, and included breakfast.

I had a great stay here for the week. The food at the hotel was amazing. Some of the best I ever had and exceeded my exceptions by far. And the bartender Adrian was so personable and professional and on point with his demeanor and attention to detail and customer service I was truly amazed and grateful to have him as my server. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. I will certainly be hoping to see him when I come back to stay in a month for 2 weeks. Thank you for the A class service Adrian.

The issue and problem I had during my stay is that we booked a room with double beds. And didn’t get it. The hotel staff rolled a bed in and that’s where the problem started. It was a terrible roll-away-bed. Not at all comfortable to sit on let alone sleeping on it. I woke up sore and tired every morning. I also asked for another pillow (too flat) and another blanket they said there were no more. Not happy about that. Second; while attending a meeting a mouse ran across the floor that contained a room full of people. Not good. |Third; I hope I get his name correct Thurston or Thurmond, the head of food an beverage. He was absolutely brilliant, amazing, and just plain wonderful. I’m disappointed that I have to leave this unfavorable review as I have had better experiences with this hotel in the past.First, I was traveling from Maine with my severely handicapped sister who was facing a very complex surgery the next morning.  It is not only very difficult for her to walk even with crutches but very risky as a fall could further damage the equipment in her leg.  She cannot put weight on the left leg at all.  I had asked for a room close to the elevator.Second,  the hotel was hosting some garden show event which was obviously more important to them  than their regular travelers. Those guest completely tied up the drive up area unloading who knows what.   We waited as long as we could but finally gave up.  I pulled into a handicap parking place and carefully assisted m

The room temperature upon arrival was at 66 degrees, and the thermostat was set for AC - in November?? Changing the thermostat to the heat setting, I noted that the upper limit was maxed at 73 - could not go any higher. So, it took a long while for the heat to reach something remotely comfortable. There was, what I believe to be, a mouse in the room. Why would I say this? I left popcorn crumbs on the floor that I planned to pick up in the morning. However, by morning, all of the crumbs were gone! Lastly, there were two water bottles in the room with Hilton Honors tags on them that read, "Diamond, Gold &Silver members - just a little thanks from us! Enjoy two free bottles of water on every stay. All Other Guests: $3.00". I would have added an image of this, but Google keeps throwing an e
