Customer Reviews
Rooms are updated and very nice. Also a convenient location. Walking distance to most restaurants and shops. Only negative with the location was the bars next door were VERY loud at late night, so made it difficult to fall asleep. So just be prepared!!! Parking was also expensive and the water pressure in the shower was also too strong. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We did go to an owner review meeting, which was only supposed to be an hour, but turned into 2. Cut into our vacation time and they were VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES!! They always try to get you to buy more points and don’t like to take no for an answer. Really makes us uncomfortable and not want to return. Not worth the $150 gift card.
You’re better off at the Alley Lodge if you’re a Bluegreen owner. The Alley Lodge is within walking distance of the fun stuff. You need a rental if you stay here. Problem is: 1) There are limited spots for valet, 2) There is no valet after 11. Due to this, we had to use BOTH the parking garage and valet. 👎
A wonderful location in Savannah that exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to start the New Year. The apartment was very spacious and felt high-quality throughout. Cozy, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a small fireplace made the stay especially enjoyable. The location on King Street is excellent, yet surprisingly quiet with hardly any noise. The water pressure in the shower is a bit too strong, but aside from that there is absolutely nothing to criticize. Excellent stay — five stars.
We have a suite as that was the only availability when booking but it is plenty with the large kitchenette, table and chairs, and sofa. It is clean and well appointed. The location is in a desirable area but the parking can be challenging. If you have a handicap sticker, you can park right across the street for free. Still have to be aware walking at night as there are needy folks in the streets.
Resort was great. Only complaint is when I needed to checkout valet took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my car to me. Valet opened at 7am didn't get to leave till 810am. Sucks because it made me late. Everything else about the resort was great. Great location.
