Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe Orlando

We booked this hotel almost without reading reviews, and after checking them on Google Maps a few weeks before the trip, I was honestly nervous (noise, hot water issues, not great for rest). Thankfully, our experience was the complete opposite. We traveled as a group of four (three adults and one minor) and the apartment-style unit was incredibly comfortable: two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, individual beds, and fully adjustable AC/heat (which was great because Orlando unexpectedly got very cold). The unit is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an iron, which made the stay extremely convenient. Noise wasn’t an issue for us—only minor sounds from neighbors on one day. The only downside is the lack of elevator

We spent a week with our family (daughter and her family and son and his family). The accommodation was fine - each family had their own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean.||The location to the theme parks was great, which was handy because the kids organised to go to a theme park every day. Mum (Grandma) and I did not go to a theme park every day and spent a few days chilling at the resort. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax and the on-site cafe was reasonably priced with a good choice of food. Overall a great experience with helpful staff, a clean room and a great location. We will hopefully return in the not so distant future.

Good, quiet resort close to all the things. Spacious, clean rooms. Pool is big, splash pad, hot tub. There are activities like blackjack, ping pong, glitter tattoos. Recommended especially if you are visiting multiple theme park brands.

Our 3rd time staying at this property. Its proximity to Disney as well as some really good food choices has made it our top choice when in the area. The grounds are clean and all our interactions with staff from check in to checkout has been very good. We have stayed in buildings 2,3 and this time we were in building 4. Unfortunately I would avoid this building in the future. We were facing the pool and didn’t have any issues with normal noise of people having fun at the pool but the kids banging paddles and yelling at the ping pong table during the day and night did make it hard to relax or take a nap. Worse was at bedtime as the music at the pool was never shut off and we would wake up at different times and couldn’t go back to sleep.|| The 2 bedrooms are nice and have everything you nee

Let’s be honest this is a timeshare so they try and get you to do the presentations. I politely said no the three times they messaged me. Easy to find, great location close to the parks. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. We stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath with 6 adults and two under two. There was plenty of space for all of us. Decor was a bit old but everything was in great condition so no complaints. My only complaint was we didn’t have 3 spaces for parking and had to park two cars in the adjacent property which was a bit of a hassle with two littles at night. But with that said I would say give it a chance as we were not disappointed. Great little playground behind the pool for the little ones to play at.
