I’m seeing so many negative reviews! We’ve had a great stay here! We were warmly welcomed by Ms Alicia at the front desk. She assisted us in getting an early check in. Our room was spotless and the towels and linens all exceptionally clean. They have a 4-6pm Happy Hour. Restaurant service in the morning and evening hours. Ample parking. Great location to access many of the local activities. I strongly recommend booking through the Hilton site. The pricing is just as competitive and you can leverage additional perks. Happy Travels!!

⭐️ 1 Star – Unprofessional and Not Worth the Price I’ve stayed at Hilton Tucson East many times over the years only because of proximity to my work, not because the hotel deserved loyalty. My most recent experience ended that. I called the Hilton Honors program as always for a last-minute business stay in Tucson, Arizona. A manager approved my rate, and took my credit card before I left the airport. When I asked, reasonably, if the same rate could be extended to a business colleague arriving that night, I was told they’d call me back. Ten minutes later, they called to say the manager not only refused my colleague, but canceled my already-approved rate as well. This is our favorite hotel! I have been coming here for 29 years. The views are spectacular! The staff is excellent. They make you feel like family here. The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. Everything smells so good. Mom and I really enjoyed our vacation here and cannot wait to come back. My Mom has always been afraid of elevators

Decided to stay here for the location, near where I used to live, and there are SO many restaurants and stores near by. I also liked the looks of their pool and lounging area for the hotel. Halls were clean, rooms were fine (no maintenance issues that we experienced), and they cleaned the pool area daily -it was perfect for a relaxing stay. Restaurant was good, but breakfast was only a buffet for $20, so unless you're going to eat a hearty breakfast, a little costly. As per the gym, the weights went in only 5 pound increments and nothing under 10 pounds- they must have been stolen as there was a space for them! Only treadmills, bikes for cardio and a bench. Couple of issues: no one told us that room service was every other day. That would have been fine, IF had they stocked us for two d
